The 3. SL:MIMA Festival in Mittweida was a joint collaborative project between the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida and the Tampere Polytechnic, School of Art and Media. SLMIMA 2006 was held in June 2006. The videos have been produced using music by different artists from Europe and from the USA.

The 2. SL:MIMA Festival in Mittweida was a joint collaborative project between the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida and the University of Kent at Canterbury. Organized as an open air, SLMIMA 2005 become a summer highlight in Mittweida - a combination of great video productions and a party atmosphere.
The videos have been produced using music by Marcus Schmahl (www.guardner.de) and Steven Cravis (www.stevencravis.com).

The 1. SL:MIMA was accompanying the Multimedia Production course in the summer term 2004 at the University of Applied Sciences in Mittweida, Germany. The Swan Lake: Moving Image & Music Award recognition was based on the aesthetics, digital storytelling as well as the advancements in electronic techniques and applications.
